AGENT COMMISSION ARRANGEMENTS

• The standard commission rate for all courses at Easyfrench is 20%

• We do not pay commission on accommodation costs, accommodation booking fees, airport transfer fees, teaching materials,exam fees, work placement/internship placement fees or any other items that do not include teaching.

• If a student decides to extend their course we will pay commission on the course extension.

• Where a student, that was originally introduced to the school by an agent, rejoins a course by booking directly, the school will consider paying commission to the agent, where the situation is brought to our attention. In such cases the school is under no obligation to pay commission and will consider requests on a case by case basis.

• The school prefers agents to pay the net fees by bank transfer. The agent is responsible for all bank charges.

• If an agent pays the gross fee, we ask the agent to provide an invoice claiming the relevant commission showing the students names and course details.
